  • If you do not see your size online, please contact us, and we will accommodate you.

    If you are outside of the Hoboken area, we recommend getting sized by a professional jeweler.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or outside of the United States. Shipping prices will be quoted upon request.

    We ship our packages via Priority Mail, United States Postal Service and all pieces will be fully insured unless otherwise advised by client. To ensure secure delivery, high value packages may be shipped via Federal Express at the discretion of EatMetal. 

    If client arranges shipping, they take full responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.

  • All special orders and sale merchandise are final sale. Fine jewelry collections are exchangeable within 7 days in original packaging.

    Returns must be sent via prepaid insured mail or FedEx.
    EatMetal, Inc will accept no responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.

  • Repairs generally take from 1 to 2 weeks to complete. 

    For items purchased directly from our website please contact us and we will advise you on the best way to repair. While many repairs could be made by a local jeweler, we recommend you speak with us before proceeding. 
    If the repair is due to ‘normal wear and tear’, we will provide an estimate prior to starting the repair.

    Shipping repairs must be shipped back via prepaid insured mail or insured FedEx.  EatMetal, Inc. will accept no responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Shipping charges will not be credited. Clients are responsible for repair shipping unless specified by EatMetal Inc.

  • Even the most secure settings can loosen over time, especially if extensively worm. That is why we recommend an annual check up done by a jewelry professional. This checkup can avoid costly damage or loss.  
    It is always a good idea to give your fine art jewelry a little TLC by sending it in for a professional cleaning. Please contact for professional cleaning pricing.

    It is best to remove your jewelry before working out, swimming, showering, or sleeping.

  • Because certain chemicals and cleaning methods can cause damage, please consult us if you have any questions.


    Daily wear and products like lotion and soap can leave buildup. Avoid chlorine and hairspray. To freshen your pieces, use mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush. We don’t recommend ultrasonic machines or commercial cleaners.
    Sterling silver may tarnish—gentle silver polish and frequent wear can help.


    Gold, platinum, and palladium can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water, then softly polished with a clean cloth.

  • All insurance companies are different, but often simple solutions are available by extending renters or home owner insurance policies. For other insurance questions feel free to inquire via email.


    Appraisals are available please contact the studio to have your piece appraised. In order to hold comprehensive insurance your piece must be appraised.
